Pillarward LeadGuard may send optional operational SMS notifications to authorized business owners or administrators who have explicitly agreed to receive them.

These notifications may alert an authorized user when a new inbound customer text or other customer inquiry requires manual review in LeadGuard.

LeadGuard SMS notifications are operational alerts and are not intended to be marketing messages or automatic replies to customers.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on inbound customer activity and the notification settings selected by the authorized business user.

Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to opt out of LeadGuard SMS notifications at any time.

After opting out, you will no longer receive LeadGuard SMS notifications unless you later provide consent to re-enroll.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent
